Positively Impacting the Lives of Former Foster Youth

WE LIFT LA founder Joyce Harmon and Program Director Tony De Felicis meet with Los Angeles County Supervisor Sheila Kuehl; expressing appreciation for the support to expand care and services to former foster youth. Unfortunately, 70% of California State Prison inmates are former foster youth. It is our goal to work together to positively impact the lives of former foster youth and change this statistic!
